I'm always wanting to describe things to folks in ways they can relate. Almost like an animated picture in the form of a story or an example. The loss has been like being in a snow globe. You get shaken often and all these emotions, these pieces of you drift up and float around. Eventually they settle. Then it's shook up again. It's the worst kind of sorrow. But my sweet darling there's still this: snow globes are unique. Beautiful. Sacred to some. I'm beginning to understand that grief is borne from love. The more you love. The more it hurts. It's a tremendous weight to carry. But having you is worth it. ❤️️
